KERANOVA's technological advances are the result of a fruitful collaboration with medicine and academic research laboratories (Jean Monnet University in Saint-Étienne and the CNRS).

Labels and certifications

KERANOVA is EN ISO 13485 certified and obtained CE marking in December 2025 for the first version of the FemtoMatrix® device. This regulatory approval is the first step in its regulatory pathway, and the company is working on future versions of FemtoMatrix®.

Our offices

In 2022, Keranova moved into new facilities (Gingko building, a 10-minute walk from the Saint-Etienne Châteaucreux train station) with 1,500 square meters of office space and 1,800 square meters of R&D and production facilities. The company is ready for scale up.
